FKP Funds Management is an active manager seeking to deliver genuine value creation with each asset. The team has a high-conviction research based approach to real estate investing. This is combined with the in-house asset management services provided by the Commercial and Industrial division with core skills in refurbishment, leasing and asset repositioning.
We are a manager of listed and unlisted property funds specialising in core and value add property assets. The funds comprise a mix of commercial and retail assets and access to projects through joint venture with FKP. Our size enables us to provide specialist services to the investor.
FKP Funds Management Limited (ABN 17 089 800 082) is the Responsible Entity (“RE”) of the funds managed by the division, as listed below and operates under an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL number 222273).
